I am currently a graduate student at SUNY Fredonia and am part of the Clinical Mental Health Counseling program. I have completed my undergraduate work in Psychology with a minor in Sociology with good academic standing (3.72 GPA). I am part of Executive Boards on campus such as the Social Chair of Resident Assistant Advisory Board. I am also part of a focus group on campus with distinguished professors and deans who search for new programs to introduce on campus. I am currently a resident assistant in a first-year building and have experience working with children as a Red Cross Water Safety Instructor. I have also worked in customer service at a grocery store for 4 years through the COVID-19 pandemic. I have participated in many volunteer opportunities through Girl Scouts of the United States of America which I was a part of for 11 years. These volunteer opportunities include; helping at a local soup kitchen, participating in "I Love My Park Day" for 3 years, and raking leaves for the elderly in the fall for 4 years. I pride myself on my charisma, work ethic, and open-mindedness. I became a Resident Assistant to help advocate for students on campus and to act as a role model to incoming first-year students. I am currently certified in my Implicit Bias, Title IV, and Youth Mental Health First Aid thanks to semesterly training provided by my time as a Resident Assistant.
