Executive Director - Cme Group FoundationCme Group Oct 2006 - Sep 2021Manage foundation and trust affiliated with world’s largest derivatives exchange. Responsible for $6 million annual grant program, grantee performance measurement and reporting, external relations and management of outside legal, investment management, audit and tax resources.• Created the CME Group Foundation Early Math Education Initiative, leveraging multi-year grants to Illinois early childhood educational institutions to serve 30,000 children and their teachers, receiving national recognition.• Leveraged partnership of Chicago Public Schools (CPS) and three universities to create an Elementary Math Specialist graduate curriculum.
