I help to mitigate risk and protect company assets while extending and managing credit to our partners. I collaborate with and support our Profit Center Managers along the West coast to allow them to better tackle their market and increase their business. I had the unique opportunity to work with every department within the company, sales companies and reps, and BMA customers to solve problems and helped to increase the overall health of the company's AR. I developed a departmental reorganization that allowed each employee to utilize their strengths and become experts within that focus. Constantly striving to improve processes and procedures, my work helped lower AR by 12% during my time there.
