In updating the Sales and Support teams was created our Client Services team who could essentially help with anything and better service our end users and customer. After receiving a call a representative could sell, service and troubleshoot for a customer. Managing the team required many skills including knowledge of product, call center analytics, reporting, software, scheduling, organization and communication. Overall striving to encourage and support growth of my direct reports was a main focus.
