Mr. Matt also served as an executive committee member for the firm.In his role as president, Mr. Matt led the firm’s national efforts in providing capital funding for the senior living and health care sectors. Mr. Matt has a strong track record of delivering transformational growth to Lancaster Pollard and maintained product line responsibility for the firm’s healthcare banking, agency, M&A, private equity and finance company platforms. Before his time as president, Mr. Matt previously served as a regional manager for Lancaster Pollard and has a strong track record as a healthcare investment banker. In his tenure with Lancaster Pollard, Mr. Matt has structured and managed transactions in excess of $2 billion through conventional bond financing, FHA, Fannie Mae and USDA programs.

Led Huntington Capital Markets Group’s efforts in developing and providing derivatives to financial institutions and their existing / prospective customers. Additional secondary responsibilities include the marketing of derivative products to existing and prospective Huntington clients.

Corporate Banking Manager in various capacities at Huntington. Last position included the supervision of a team of Commercial Bankers in the portfolio risk management, underwriting and growth of Middle Market relationships. Additional responsibilities include the generation of new client business and management of a $250 million portfolio of commercial clients, including cross sale of non-credit products and services.
