As an intern on the Watson Data Platform Developer Advocacy Team, I honed my programming and data science skills while also learning about engaging with users and remote team members. I was able to work on a variety of projects from Progressive Web Apps to Machine Learning models and IoT, so there was never a dull moment! With just a couple semesters left in my undergraduate degree, this experience has me more excited than ever to grow in my career as a developer.

At General Assembly, I was first point of contact for guests, students and instructors visiting our Austin campus. I handled the check-in process before classes and events, which I promoted by posting on social media and meetup sites. I was responsible for the logistics of setting up classroom/event spaces, which included assisting instructors as well as troubleshooting technical and A/V related issues. Working for General Assembly provided some great insights into the world of startups and professional web development.

As a member of the VIP Concierge Support Team for Kabam, my duties included providing top notch customer service to a group of our highest priority players, and troubleshooting any in-game issues they encountered. While maintaining high production levels, I have consistently exceeded performance metrics for customer satisfaction and efficiency via email and other web-based support. Contributed to several special projects, including tools scripting, QA testing, and web design, while also maintaining an additional role, as the liaison between outsourced agents and our game development team, for several titles.
