Has over 23 years experience in the software industry and have been heading up several development teams in the capacity of both project management, direction, product strategy and overall project execution. Mr. Astrom have held several key positions, both in a domestic and international setting, within the R&D and leading edge technology development sphere, specializing in methodology, creating effective teams and producing high-quality software with high repeatability in an almost assembly line manner. Have held architect positions within State & Government contributing to streamlining the agencies communication through modern Web Services / ESB technology. In the past decade Mr. Astrom have been solely focused on leading edge technologies & methodologies, first as the Group IT Director for RCS USA Inc. and later for eLEC Communications Corp. in both instances heading up several geographically dispersed development teams on both sides of the Atlantic.
