1) Process Restructuring – In order to make the process of production and sales effective as well as efficient, it was highly important for Khwaab to restructure and re-align its processes keeping long term sustainability in mind. I contributed towards setting up the processes of cataloging, inventory management, product coding, product wages and training the production and quality in-charge at Khwaab to effectively implement all these processes. 2) Training and Upskilling - Decided to take up the role of training and upskilling Khwaab women in financial management and planning. This included observing, training and mentoring 10 Salahkars (female community mentors) who in turn impacted close to 100 women through weekly workshops. 3) Social Media Marketing - Created content for social media handles, leading to an increase in the social media footprint. 4) Impact Evaluation – Documented Khwaab's activities, work and impact on a regular basis, which led to the team being to be able to successfully create its CSR impact reports as well as Annual report for the year 2018-2019.
