 Plan and coordinate maintenance engineering processes on daily/weekly/monthly basis to maintain machine to zero breakdowns. Inspect the equipment and conduct routing maintenance.  Servicing and replacing old or faulty equipment.  Improve machine programing techniques and conduct trainings for the subordinates (Shift Engineers/SMT programing development team). Troubleshooting equipment malfunctions and keep records.  Identify the replacements according to the machine maintenance manual and do replacement when necessity.  Maintain critical spare parts inventory according to machine specifications. Maintain good TPM in the department and keep records up to date.  Develop operating instructions and equipment specifications for maintenance activities.  Support SMT/THT team members to accomplish department KPIs.  Stay current with maintenance specifications, engineering technology. Communicate with service engineers when necessity, without any delay Keep informed to the superior to any kind of abnormalities violating/effecting SMT/THT regards to machine performance. Support MES implementation activities & monitoring resource utilization. Establish safety procedures and environmental regulations for employees. Reduce the accidents in the workplace by Influence employees to use personnel protective equipment Do not waste natural resources. Support the Manager to lead the department by motivate employees to implement best 5S practices, Kaizen and Lean principles.
