• Understand user needs and expectation for system function• Design system changes and design specifications and install them effectively. • Manage system stability, operation, security, and scalability for respective customers. • Provide technical guidance or support for the development or troubleshooting of systems. • Identify system data, hardware, or software components required to meet user needs proactively. • Provide guidelines for implementing secure systems to customers or installation teams and ensure smooth execution of such projects.• Monitor system operation to detect potential problems• Proactive maintenance and monitoring performance of computer systems and reporting towards customers as per stipulated timelines • Answer user/customer inquiries regarding computer software or hardware operation to resolve problems as per AMC SLA’s • Maintain records of daily data communication transactions, problems and remedial actions taken, or installation activities in Kayako for respective customers. • Read technical manuals, confer with users, or conduct computer diagnostics to investigate and resolve problems or to provide technical assistance and support• Refer major hardware or software problems or defective products to vendors or technicians for service (TAC Support) & ensure follow up until closure.• Train customers/coworkers/trainees in the proper use of hardware or software.• Maintain proper documentation of all installations carried out.• Provide assistance to Account Manager and Sales team for pre sales activities.• Carryout POC’s to new or existing customers to enhance Infinex portfolio offering new or renewed solutions.• Report effectively progress of each project under your respective area to customer and ensure timely updates is provided.
