As the Information and Digital Technology Services Manager for Sri Lanka, I oversee the delivery and support of IT services and solutions for the business, ensuring alignment with global standards and best practices. I also leverage my expertise in application support management to enhance the customer experience and loyalty across the market. In my previous roles at BAT, I have successfully coordinated and managed IT projects, services, and vendors, as well as developed and implemented IT policies and procedures.
