I am a dedicated and passionate Biotechnology undergraduate student at SLIIT UNI, actively seeking opportunities to apply my academic knowledge and laboratory skills in real-world settings. With a strong foundation in molecular biology, genetics, and biochemistry, I am driven by a deep interest in innovative biotechnological solutions that address global challenges in healthcare, agriculture, and the environment.During my academic journey, I have engaged in several research projects, including a recent study on developing drug delivery system. This experience honed my skills in time management, problem solving ability, manage works, hands on experiences on laboratory works and data analysis. In addition to my research experience, I have completed internship at Molecular Biology laboratory- Durdans Hospitals, where I gained experience in laboratory techniques, data collection, and analysis. And also I have completed internship at Sampath Bank PLC. These internships reinforced my passion for the biotechnology field and provided valuable insights into the industry’s practical applications.I am eager to continue expanding my knowledge and skills in biotechnology, particularly in the areas of genetic engineering, molecular biology, microbiology and research and development.
