Bridging communication between Technology and Sales teams with relevant content.- Design and Execution of Branding and Communication– To enhance talent attraction and acquisition including Social Media Activities and Campaigns, Corporate Blog, Advertisements etc. Set up a plan on what to be done on social media sites and made sure that all the social media accounts are active - Increased the number of followers to the social media accounts and gained more exposure - Was able to gain identification to the accounts among the company associates where they realized that the accounts are active and their achievements are being brought into limelight through the identification given to them from the accounts.- Establishing Corporate Identity – Core member of a 5-part team that designed and developed the Corporate Re-Branding Strategy. Involved establishing Corporate Visual Identity (logo, colors and guidelines), Company Vision, Mission, Values.- Content Writing and Development – Planning designing and Developing different types of content including Sales/ Marketing Pitch, Brochures, Social Media Content, Case Studies, Articles and other Documents.- Internal Communication – Establishing the need to improve the internal communication within the company and taking over the existing internal communication system. Creating a plan to identify what can be done for improvements of the system and discussed with management to get a team to work on the project. Managing and coordinating the team members in order to enhance internal communication in the company.
