Technical:1. Carried out major overhaul on Diesel Generator Set :- Disassembling all parts of generator set- Installing crankshaft and camshaft- Connecting flywheel to alternator- Replacing the bearing- Rectify the cooling systems problems on the generator- Connect the piston to the crankshaft- Measuring the alignment on the shaft and bearing2. Maintenance and inspection on Cargo Oil Pump- Disassembling the pump to inspect the problems- Rectify leaking problems on the sealing systems- Renew the mechanical seals, gasket and O-ring- Monitor the pressure and temperature during pump running operation- Lubricate the bearing and rectify the sensor problems at the bearing3. Daily Monitoring and Inspection- Servicing air conditioning compressor ( renew the coolant gas refrigerant)- Changing the mechanical seal on General Service Pump- Run test on main fire pump- Inspect on butterworth valve for crude oil washing (COW)Operation:• To assist day to day vessel operational matters including Offloading operations.• To ensure that the vessel complies with all PETRONAS rules and regulation. • Ensure vessels and related equipment under their care for loading, storage and Offloading cargoes are adequately maintained.• Supporting safety management activities related to Offloading Operations.• Provide support in the planning and execution of process improvements to ensure operations activities are optimized and conducted in an efficient and safe manner.• Collect and monitor technical data related to safe machinery operations.• Implement maintenance plans and monitor shipboard maintenance carried out.• Ensure shore assistance and spares availability related to safe ship operations
