Managing a team of IT engineers, I am responsible for getting the best out of the team and helping to drive the success of the business. I carry out data analysis of jobs carried out for our customers ensuring all staff are working efficiently and customers are charged accordingly. I am responsible for development for the team, enrolling them on any required training and supporting them through their courses.I am involved in daily jobs within the business, creating quotes for customers, ordering software and hardware and helping with any problems that may occur – generally making sure everyone and everything is organised!

Responsible for GCSE Business Communication Systems. I organise the curriculum for students, planning schemes of learning. I am responsible for carrying out the data analysis for these students to get the best achievements for them.I also teach key stage 3 and 4 ICT and Computing. I am responsible for key stage 4 ICT ensuring all schemes of learning are planned correctly. I am efficient with working with many software packages including the Office suite, Serif packages and Adobe Photoshop.I have taught GCSE Computer Science and key stage 3 computing. This has meant learning Visual Basic and Python to be able to then teach this to students effectively. I have developed and delivered a Social Enterprise course for year 9 students to encourage them to be more enterprising within the community, involving external members of the community and local primary schools.I have acted as a mentor for an NQT to the school and mentored them to hep them become a successful teacher.
