Liaise with recruitment agencies, headhunter, online job portal, employee referrals, etc- Pre-screen, shortlist, arrange interviews and selection of candidates- Conduct reference check, salary proposal and job offers- Prepare documentation for appointment, confirmation, termination, transfer, promotion, etc- Conduct on-boarding and orientation of new hires- Issue security access tags to employeesSalary Administration- Monthly processing of payrolls for Malaysia & Spore- Ensure compliance of local statutory laws and submissions of EPF, Socso, Tax, HRDF, etc- Manage 2 different payroll systems; ensure timely updates, deletions and changes in regulations- Verify payouts for overtime, claims, benefits-in-kind, interest subsidies, etc.- Print and distribute monthly payslips- Prepare monthly payroll reports, quarterly leave and HR reports and adhoc reports- Prepare yearly form E, EA for Malaysia.
