My role is leading an exceptionally talented and committed team for wonderful clients in the healthcare (public and private), government and defence sectors (Projects from £500k to £15m). With our teams I focus on ensuring programme, quality and cost are monitored, maintained and excelled. With our exceptional PM’s, ensuring our project plans are managed acutely and executed through pre construction, manufacturing, delivery, installation, commissioning, handover and aftercare, and working with our teams on changes to scope, issues and risks that affect the project. I also work as part of the continuos improvement team, for our ISO’s, focussing on environmental matters, that impact both operations and projects. In a nutshell: A passion for lessons learned, collaboration at all levels, equality in the construction section, simple and effective organisation through trackers and above all else making sure our our clients and end users are happy.

At A-S:L, the international design practice, I worked as the marketing and business development coordinator, for the North West. Working for both the Manchester and Liverpool Studio, pursing new enquiries and ensuring the brand of Austin-Smith:Lord is communicated effectively locally and nationally. Assignments included the development of international business; delivering responses to opportunities in Eastern Europe, East Africa, South America and the Middle East.
