I have significant experience in leadership, Quality Assurance, training and development, as well as case management and underwriting.I am a dynamic, passionate and driven insurance professional that believes in leading by example, striving for ‘best practice’, and balancing that with fostering an environment of content, diligent, empowered, skilled and successful team members.
