Community focused with a demonstrated history of collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to provide excellent client care, case management, nervous system regulation education and advocating for vulnerable populations across Atlantic & Northern Canada. I work with those wanting to enhance their daily performance, injury prevention/rehabilitation and manage chronic stress/pain from a holistic perspective.
