I am the Gallery Manager of the Artroom which deals in fabulous artists such as Fabian Perez, Paul James and Rolf Harris.

Responsible for all liaising between the Creative Team in regards to meetings, ideas and promotional material • Set up and ran the casting for the production. • Update social media networking applications and company website • Revise and handle the project budget daily in order to accommodate new costs and adjust accordingly • Handled all logistics regarding the cast and crew for the tour: i.e. flights, accommodation, tickets and specific necessities catered to each individual • Provide a promotional and profiling aspect to the work as a Producer in order to generate interest amongst other venues • Organising a Critical Sharing and future educational Symposiums that highlight and showcase the work to creative professionals and the general public

Set up meetings and viewings of the artist’s studio in London with potential investors and clients • Regularly update social networking sites in include the artist’s newest work and projects • Curated exhibition for his newest work this past December 2011 in Notting Hill

Helped organise and launch individual events for four artists: creating and printing the promotional flyers, directing the staff, aided to curate the opening shows. • Dealt with all the financial aspects of the gallery: bills/receipts, keeping records of all sales and inputting financial information through VT cashbook, creating a stock card system for over 250 pieces in the gallery catalogue and trained new interns to be able to manage gallery tasks. • Reinvented the Gallery website, and regularly updated it to include current news and photos of the Gallery catalogue • Wrote press releases for gallery events, created and updated gallery mailing list and press list • Arranged for logistics of artworks within the UK and abroad • Interacted with the artists of the gallery to discussing pricing, sales, and transport • Made sales for the gallery with a combined income of over 30,000 GBP in 2 months • Acted as front of house for the gallery 5 days a week and interacted with potential clients

Managing a team of 4 estate loan application officers: delegating responsibilities, assessing work quality, overseeing development and progress • Developing new archive system for past / new loan applicants and workflow process for loan officer teams that was applied throughout the division • Responsible for the payment of engineers and lawyers at the end of every month • Formally recognised by senior management as most efficient and productive loan officer team for two consecutive 6 month periods • Liaising with the legal and engineering teams to evaluate and process estate loan applications • Responsible for administrative processes, including archiving, addressing telephone queries and liaising with internal departments
