I am an undergraduate student at the University of Rhode Island who is studying both Criminal Justice and Spanish. I am a rising senior with the expectation to graduate come May of 2023. Knowing that my undergrad days are numbered, I have been actively looking and applying to local police departments with the hope of becoming a patrol officer. Outside of school and work, I live an extremely active lifestyle. I am devoted to weightlifting and have been on a strict body building split for roughly one year now. I also enjoy backpacking/hiking, as I have had the privilege to travel with REI Adventures a handful of times. Between my exercise regime and my bilingual studies, I believe I possess the appropriate skill set one needs in order to be an effective police officer.
