This role involved providing support to the retail stores and spas where needed. I spent 80% of my year travelling to provide Manager cover, and staff training. I worked in over 20 Lush stores in one year, the largest of which was the Birmingham branch which I supported with its relocation onto New Street. During my time as Managerial Intern, I formed and developed networks with all areas of the business including manufacturing, training, recruitment and HR functions.
