Signage Manager
CurrentCoordinate all activities to ensure there is sufficient resources on hand, including materials and staff; Coordinate workers' training and schedules, and performs yearly evaluations for a staff of 10; Provide timely and accurate estimates for wide variety of custom orders and RFQ's, factoring in company costs, and customer satisfaction; Oversee the production process to ensure workflow meets required deadlines, production targets, ISO 9001 quality control, and company profitability; Ensure regular equipment maintenance is completed and logged by operators, and escalated to service technicians in a timely manner as required; Communicate effectively with all influenced departments, staff, customers and suppliers; Assist purchasing department with cycle and quarterly inventory counts, consumption tracking, and supplier ordering follow up; Develop and maintain a strong relationship with clients and consistently strive to exceed their expectations.
