Some fun things we've done:-a week-long March Break installation at the Dufferin Mall in Toronto ON, bringing March Break to those who can't get away from the big city. Experiences included swimming with dolphins, surfing in Hawaii, wandering a jungle, and meeting Blue from Jurassic World up close.-bringing RISE (Realistic Immersive Safety Education) to Ottawa, and getting 100+ students certified through the RISE Construction and Scaffold Hazard Awareness four-part program, replete with a certificate funded by both the Government of Canada and the Government of Ontario-being a part of the Girls Take Flight initiative at the Region of Waterloo International Airport, wherein girls of all ages could experience what it's like to build, fix, and fly various aircraft through VR. Once their goggles and gloves were off, those aircraft were right there on the tarmac, giving them a sense of both possibility and probability.-our State of Aviation project is our own VR creation, involving voiceovers from myself and other actors involved with POP-UP VR, and footage from a number of different aerospace companies. It's a beautiful 360 degree immersive creation that takes audiences up from the ground, then up to the skies, then all the way up to space. Show less -
