· Develop and maintain brand guidelines and ensure all marketing materials adhere to these guidelines· Create engaging visual content for our brand spaces like website, pitch deck, poster, events and others· Able to work independently with stakeholders to manage the end to end design process from concept to implementation.

· Independently design high-quality marketing materials by multiple design skills, e.g. graphics, illustration, C4D, motion graphics etc, and successfully implement project tasks and improve related business data metrics of our product.· Design a range of web & print materials for events (e.g. key visual, gifs, and social media posts, event banners, badge, etc.)·Collaborate with UX/UI designers, motion-designers, PM, Engineering partners to convert marketing and sales requirements into highly engaging and compelling design concepts.· Research and evaluate user requirements through interviews and data analysis, listen to what users' pain point and understand the business logic.· Improve workflows by creating easy-to-use templates and dynamic processes.

· Produce collateral materials in accordance with brand guidelines to convey company culture warmly, design material for online and offline media (electronic direct mail, social media posts and ads, e-brochure/posters, banners, etc.)· Convert long-form (written) content into digestible visual formats (infographics, EDM, social media carousel, etc.)· Communicate with suppliers to schedule design projects, manage time in an organized manner and meet deadlines.
