Through my employment at the University of Oregon Coffee Outlets I gained experiences in making beverages, managing till, collecting cash and giving exact change, prompt restocking of merchandise, opening/closing duties, daily cleaning duties, preparing meals, maintaining a clean and efficient work environment, and learned about clear and concise communication with team members to best serve customer needs.

In my time at the Registrar's office at the University of Oregon I obtained skill in working with students on a walk in basis, assisting with registration, identification of errors and direction towards prompt solutions, multi line phone systems, scanning, backfiling confidential student documents, and handling confidential student documents.
