Kathy (Kat) Needham, is the AVP of US Marketing and Sales at Our Daily Bread Ministries. She has spent 30 years in Christian publishing and is credited with starting Zonderkidz and quickly growing it into one of the industry’s top children’s Christian product lines. Kat managed and/or began many of the Christian children’s industry best-selling brands, such as; The Beginner’s Bible, VeggieTales books, FaithGirlz, Read with Me Bible, The Adventure Bible, Narnia print & 3-D products, and more. She worked on Zondervan’s relaunch of the updated NIV Bible translation in 2011, and Lifeway’s relaunch of the HCSB to the CSB Bible translation in 2016. Kat recently helped Food For The Poor, a global poverty relief ministry, launch an innovate new fundraising campaign into the US evangelical church market – thereby helping fund the support of impoverished communities in the Caribbean and Latin America. When not working, Kat and her husband, Todd, enjoy boating, music (with an outdoor live music venue in their back woods), hiking, their pets, and being with friends and family.
