- Support and lead department-wide strategy, operations, research, and business functions, partnering with Chief Talent Officer to execute operational excellence for the Talent Development department.- Oversee all volunteer-related functions, including VIP, event-based, long-term, and staff volunteer activities.- Serve as a member of the Talent Leadership Team, facilitating the department's regular cadence of meetings, engagement events, planning and reflection sessions, and professional development.- Responsible for recruitment, onboarding, evaluation, appreciation, and retention for four long-term volunteer programs. Have steadily increased volunteer retention to 45% during tenure.- Project manage strategic initiatives and special projects within the Talent Department. - Manage organization-wide semi-annual staff engagement and DEI index surveys, collecting feedback from 220 full-time employees and generating all reports and recommendations through a lense of equity for the Executive Team.- Manage the maintenance, evaluation, and innovation of Talent platforms and processes. In 2019, selected and implemented a new applicant tracking system, resulting in increased site traffic and internal efficiencies.- Support in the collection, production, and analysis of team-wide data and reports to support the development of strategy and projections. Utilized data to develop board-level KPI’s and annual benchmarking goals.- As Development Intern, collaborated with the development team on the planning and execution of complex fundraising events, outreach events, and donor/corporate cultivation events, resulting in $5 million in revenue. Supported with budget management, event communication, donor databases, and fundraising reports.

- Designed and executed programming for 500 youth, teens, and adults.- Hired, developed, and managed 40-50 seasonal staff members. - Conducted needs assessments for organizational programming, resulting in development of new initiatives to support strategic direction of the agency.- Designed and led several new initiatives for the agency, including community events, community partnerships, development of annual budget and compliance of contract requirements set by city and state governing agencies.- Successfully raised program quality assessment from “Poor” to “Good” during tenure.
