Frontline contact for donors and prospective donors who have left SPLC in their estate plans and are a part of the Partner for the Future program. In conjunction with the Planned Giving Manager, maintain a structured, systematic stewardship program for planned giving donors to ensure long-term relationships and encourage philanthropic legacy gifts. Work collaboratively with Email Marketing team to prepare and release emails for Partners and SPLC donors. Act as backup support for other planned giving areas in the program including, but not limited to bequests, stocks, gift annuities, fulfillment, prospecting, and cultivation. Serve as communication liaison for Voting Rights practice group and Development department.

Ethically and accurately maintained and updated over 70,000 donor demographics and account information using Blackbaud/ CRM database. Set up recurring gifts on donor records. Assisted in processing more than $1 million monthly in credit card, ACH, check, and cash payments. Contributed to Sustainer team's productivity by engaging in weekly meetings and providing creative and innovative ideas.

Learned political and advocacy strategies with members from the Alabama House of Representatives, community leaders, advocates, organizers, and local business owners. Presented a policy brief and campaign strategy advocating for women in leadership and closing the pay equity gap.

Managed a staff of leasing consultants and facilty technicians for 5 large properties throughout the city of Montgomery. Accurately and timely processed leasing reports, rent rolls, project invoices, and budget variance reports.
