Specifically, this includes stakeholder engagement, lead facilitation, programme design and delivery (online, blended, face to face), coaching development for racial equity and racial healing, and quality assurance.

One of two Māori affiliates to deliver racial equity training in Australia and New Zealand. Additionally, my equity leadership resulted in the offering of ALLY'ship to the LGTBI/Queer community. Activities included contributing and participating in Auckland's Pride Festival in 2016/17; Pink Shirt Day 2016/17; and the design of staff professional development known as Intersectionality: Intersecting race, sex, and gender; and Beyond Diversity, a 2-day immersive training.
