Believes honest relationships built on honest conversation is key to developing the consciousness required to solve problems that threaten our humanity. Also knows this is easier said than done.Specific areas of work sit in racial equity transformation, Te Tiriti-led co-governance, equity and inclusion, coaching, teaching and development. Current PhD research seeks to understand how Māori working in Aotearoa New Zealand's public sector experience, relate to, and navigate white fragility.
