An equity-focused, action-oriented, lifelong learner who finds the most joy in watching those I have coached, mentored, or worked with reach their fullest potential. With almost 20 years of experience in education and nonprofit management, I have developed expertise in curriculum design, professional development, large-scale project management, talent, and change management. I am currently the Director of Strategy at RePublic Public Schools, where I lead our strategic initiatives, and work closely with the Chief team on strategic planning and priorities. When I am not in my full-time role, I am serving on the EdCo board as Development Chair, serving on H.O.P.E.’s advisory board, consulting others on their learning and development planning, or painting watercolors.
