Project Admin Assistant, Jobsite Ethics & Compliance Representative
- Manage contract documents for all Subcontracts and Purchase Orders including the review and verification of annual insurance coverage. - Conducts compliance management per Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) guidelines including personnel training and interviews, communication of information to unions, Subcontractors, and recruitment sources, as well as maintaining jobsite notices. - Track maintenance records for all onsite equipment including employee vehicles, company-owned equipment, and third-party rentals.- Process all invoices from Subcontractors and Vendors.- Document weekly timesheets for onsite personnel and review the accuracy of Certified Payroll for all Subcontractors onsite - Coordinate project and company-wide events including multi-day activities, catering, and guest accommodation. - Produce weekly newsletters to document the onsite progression of the project including photos and updates from personnel. - General administrative duties include maintaining office supplies, tracking expenses, responding to email correspondence, answering phone calls, processing mail, personnel drug screening, maintaining an organized file system for confidential information, and documenting meeting minutes. - Marketing coordination of project merchandise, banners, flyers, and other media.
