Quality Systems Analyst I
Current- Collaborates with multiple departments to develop, maintain, and organize Health Plan NCQA Accreditation evidence.
- Leads and facilitates interdepartmental meetings on NCQA Evidence.
- Develop and trained on NCQA Accreditation guidelines and expectations.
- Ensures, that evidence submitted by internal departments meets quality and NCQA Standards.
- Assists multiple team leaders to track and organize department evidence.
- Supports policy regulation, by reviewing and sharing redlines between parties. Works under strict deadlines and under pressure of external auditors and surveyors. Currently responsible for the collection, organization.
