Relationship building is the reason I get up every morning. Connections drive me. I consider my clients my friends and take time to get to know them, their families and their general state of mind. I care about their goals and initiatives and what matters to those they report to. I work to align myself with them so that I’m not “just another vendor partner” but an extension of them with all members working toward the same goal. When your product is human, as with healthcare staffing, there are so many uncontrollables. The only thing I can control is me. My response time, my attentiveness, my follow thru. My determination to work to resolve issues by any means necessary while providing clear and constant communication and contact. I strive to build relationships and understand the role of all departments and our “internal customers” as well. It takes a village to put a nurse to work and the more I know the easier it is to roll up my sleeves and dive in! I believe culture and connection within an organization is paramount to the success of each individual. When you are treated like your insight matters that instills a sense of pride and purpose. Empowering your employees to be part of the big picture drives buy-in which ultimately drives productivity which drives revenue.I have a desire to learn and grow with an organization who values and empowers their employees while giving them the tools and support to truly nurture the client relationship. I’m drawn to companies with intentional cross departmental communication who partner with their employees to develop and grow. In my personal time I enjoy hosting friends, hiking swimming, cooking and I would love to travel more. Whether for work or personal-daytrips, the 50 states, internationally, every where! I am intrigued by the beauty of nature and humanity and would spend the rest of my days enjoying the sights and sounds and most importantly the food of cultures around the world.
