The first iteration of this fellowship strives to provide a structured environment for open discussions and understanding with a cohort of 12 students selected by the Center for Middle East Studies and the Center for Jewish Studies and co-sponsored by the Othering and Belonging Institute and the Greater Good Science Center. Its goal is to foster a diverse community on campus dedicated to meaningful dialogue about Palestine and Israel.

Helped establish the revival of the KALX news department in 2022. As news director, continuing five days of daily news coverage with a team of head producers, producers and reporters, with a total staff of over 30 people. Developed training programs to teach hands-on news skills for perfected daily coverage -- including editing, broadcasting, writing, and interviewing -- as well as a focus on long-form investigative reporting.

Established and facilitated "Families" program in 2,000+ member club, which creates smaller communities within the club that meet 2-3 times a month. Currently with over 10 families, with 2 heads and 10-15 members each with over 200 applications.
