Supporting the MS SaaS project to integrate MS Cloud components into the FRS systems. Previously, supported the National Cash Automation Equipment Management System installation project, providing coordination across the FRB system and within National IT to ensure the on-time completion of all 14 site upgrades. Serve as the division’s PMO, handling the majority of the interface with FedPPM (Clarity CA) tool. Responsible for creation of all process documentation for PMO, acting as division’s liaison on all PMO related efforts/activities, participating in requirements gathering, design review and UAT testing for all FedPPM upgrades.

Assigned responsibility for putting components in place to form the GCS PMO, which included developing, and documenting the Resource Management and Project Portfolio processes as well as providing requirements for all of Services Delivery to the FedPPM effort. Handled all responsibilities of the GCS PMO where activities encompassed: annual compilation of the infrastructure and project budgets, participating in monthly portfolio reviews with Finance and providing various reports regarding the status of the GCS Project Portfolio. Developed and implemented a monthly project portfolio report, which provided a status summary for each active GCS project which was reviewed with GCS leadership and management. In addition to my PMO responsibilities, I also managed internal GCS and Enterprise Standard projects. As a GCS project manager, I lead several major projects including: EROC Shutdown, Phase 1 to Phase 2 Migration, Access Administration, FRB NY Research SAN Migration and Enhanced Service Continuity Offering. Lastly, in the 1st quarter of 2012, until a manager for Support Services was hired, I was acting team lead. As acting team lead I had to coordinate activities covering the full breadth of Support Services including ITIL process support, audit/compliance, service design, performance metrics and service continuity, while also continuing to perform my project management duties.

Managed the Enterprise Systems International Subsea Cables Development Group which was responsible for providing all financial applications (PeopleSoft Financials based and internally developed web-based application that linked PeopleSoft Financials and ORACLE Financials data) to support this business unit that managed approximately $10,000,000 monthly. In this role, I managed a staff comprised of both employees and contractors located at multiple locations worldwide. My duties included overseeing all stages of development (concept formation, analysis, design, development, test, training and implementation) as well as insuring on-going system support for production versions of the applications. Additional areas of responsibility included: making all software and hardware decisions and subsequent procurement arrangements, all budgeting activities for the group, organizing all user acceptance testing and training activities, and development and maintenance of all project plans for the group’s activities. Lastly, I was responsible for all personnel management which included: career growth, performance assessments, staff motivation, and mentoring/coaching.

I managed the project management team, which consisted of 5 project managers who performed day to day project management activities for a specified release of the UAM application. Overall, the project management team provided project management support, as well as all administrative support for entire application team (216 project resources) and interfaced with 14 external interfacing organizations.
