Kat Sullivan, Phd Email and Phone Number
Hey there! My career path is far from boring, ranging from performing at the National Arts Center, researching gender in Canadian politics, to advising a Senator.I have recently successfully defended my PhD thesis focusing on Canadian mayors, social media and digital visual gender performance. My published research shows that most Canadian mayors continue to be men, a greater proportion of women mayors (than men mayors) actively use Facebook, Twitter and Instagram for work, and women mayors operate under additional constraints, such as comments on their appearance or career, online harassment and a greater mental load.
