The way people are learning is constantly evolving. Enterprises and educators need to tailor their training to individual needs and bring theory to life.I am passionate about learning; I love to develop content that I know will be engaging and help people to achieve. I have many cross transferable skills, moving from a career in media and film lecturing to IT service management and from there to a charitable organisation as an online learning and instructional designer. I have designed and created fully accessible online learning for different audiences and purposes, always focusing upon the learning objectives and outcomes. I’ve written courses and passed exams in a wide range of IT related subjects including Agile Scrum and Project Management, Business Relationship Management, Cloud Computing and Business Analysis. Previously I was the architect and designer of a BA degree course in Moving Image Production and I've had the pleasure of designing modules for other degree courses. I can use a broad range of software packages for content production, continually updating my skills to keep ahead of the curve within online and blended learning best practice. I love to connect with people, I’ve worked remotely for the past 3.5 years but that hasn’t prevented me building relationships, mentoring, coaching, supporting stakeholders and students, and learning from others also!
