After a successful career in college athletics Kat made the transition into Human Resources supporting a small mattress manufacturer in Tualatin, Oregon. Since then, she’s built a career in Human Resources leadership, specifically within the talent acquisition and development functions. Having worked in predominantly Portland-based small to medium-sized, purpose-driven businesses, her self-acclaimed sweet spot is designing employer programming that fosters cultures of transparency, accountability, and trust, while driving high levels of engagement and performance.
