This role supports Multi-Media Sales reps with digital and print buys. Working as a liason between the multi-media sales and the campaign manager on advanced digital sales, and assist in completing buysheets and creative requests, and any other forms that are required to fulfill campaigns, through Simpli.fi, Double Click for Publishers (DFP) and other ad serving platforms.- Supporting Multi-Media Sales reps with advanced digital campaigns - partnering with the rep to obtain necessary information to complete digital forms and also keep track of billing and payment on major/national accounts- Work closely with Account Managers to plan and deliver clients overall campaign strategy- Manage multi and single-channel campaigns on a daily basis- Create online ads including but not limited to: display ads, reveals, float bars, e-blasts, e-newsletters to help with brand awareness- Assist with digital campaigns monthly recaps- Pull screen grabs through Google Ad Manager to provide clients viewability of impressions- Request, update and monitor digital creative scheduling on all campaigns- Execute campaigns and creative development for all digital advertising- Assist in start-up process for digital campaigns by providing research and playing an active role in the on-boarding process- Quality assurance on impressions fulfillment on special publications such as: The Best, Discover Richmond and Fall Arts Preview
