I transform the company to became a regulated investment firm. This requires me to:- organise and control the job and the work-load of the team (up to 5 person) and the suppliers (on average, I continuously work together with 8-10 suppliers on different sub-projects)- set the priorities of the sub-projects- recruiting and training of new colleagues (IT team members and junior project managers)- train colleagues of other departments; explain them the changes that the company goes through, and get them apply the new procedures- negotiate contracts and cooperate with suppliers- plan resources, and prepare yearly budgets for the team and for the projects- cooperate with the authorities- understand and get the company to comply with the new legal environment- get the IT softwares and procedures comply with the security requirements (introduce on-premise CRM solutions, SAP Business One, acquire new hardware set, prepare BCP and DRP plans, etc.)- manage software developments and implementation (back-office and mid-office system, CRM, trading platform, build interfaces between systems)- drive the company through business and IT audits- elaborate and execute internal policies and processes according to MiFID, MiFIR, CRD, CRR, EMIR, AML rules etc.- understand and prepare COREP (capital adequacy calculation), EMIR and other regulatory reports, and develop systems in a way that the required data is easily available- provide remote IT support when creating new subsidiaries and branch offices of the company in different countries
