First placement involved carrying out telephone and face-to-face OT assessments and reviews for adults in the West Lindsey and Lincoln City district under supervision. Recorded casenotes on computerised system. Ordered equipment from NRS and completed forms for minor and DFG adaptations. Lead case discussions. Completed mandatory training in Moving and Handling, Mental Capacity, Safeguarding Adults and Information Governance.

Responsibilities: • Checking in guests and dealing with any enquiries face-to-face, via email and over the phone. • Using the Charts system to allocate rooms, check and amend bookings and input payments. • Keep the Farm Database spreadsheet updated and organised. Make sure all farmworkers have completed and handed in packs before commencing employment. • Updating social media platforms (Instagram and Facebook). • Maintaining office tidiness.

Main Duties:Design commercial yardage and placement prints formanufacture. Translate concepts into feasible designs which were mindful of product limitations and construction.Uphold exceptional time management ensuring every deadline was met while working across multiple accounts.Check and provide comments on submissions from suppliers.Liaise with internal teams and external suppliers in a professional manner.
