FINANCE:- Management of internal finance (accounting, payroll, finance)- Responsible for accurate monthly reporting to the shareholders (EBITDA, P&L per business units / service teams, cash flow reporting) - Annual reporting in cooperation with service delivery leaders, such as annual BUDGET, Forecast- Negotiations with suppliers - Participation in due diligence of HeziHold Ltd. before its acquisition of UCMS Group- Make sure, that local Group entity meets the standards of an international company via launching new functionalities, such as:- Implementation of a Document Management System and develop the Internal Finance platform with workflows and approval lines (Canon Therefore system) and with automatic interfaces to iScala ERP used for bookkeeping.- Had been in charge for international reporting in H1 2017- TMF Group acquired UCMS in 2016, I was involved in the due diligence.HR:- Establishment of the ‘Business Partner approach’ together with Regional and Local HR directors.- This role is in charge for providing advice, support and training to service delivery managers in all aspects of HR including labour law interpretation, recruitment, remuneration.- Continuous support to service delivery managers in promotions, position changes, terminations and interpretation of labour law.- Act as final approval level for recruiting new hires.- People management (annual appraisals, goals settings, continuous monitoring of performance.- Close cooperation with company lawyer in corporate and HR cases.- Managing the internal event organizing.Administrative activities:- Creation of internal policies.- Creation of templates (labour contract, termination notices, etc.).- Coordination and improvement of HR administration.Business development:- Efficiency growing by implementing new standards created together with the leaders.- Organization development activities (creating organization chart).- Coordination of external and internal leadership courses.

In this period UCMS Hungary had two Company Managers, I was responsible for the General & Administration (Finance, HR, IT, Administration) while my counterpart was in charge for the Business operations (Accounting and Payroll divisions). We shared responsibility in strategy development.

- Ultimate responsibility for internal HR, labor law compliance and payroll- Due to the extensive growth of the Company (number of Clients, size of Clients), I had been in charge for establishing the internal finance team - As a Controlling Manager with a team of four my main tasks were developing reporting structure in order to deliver timely accurate information about performance, efficiency to the Managing Director

I was responsible for the development of corporate accounting and billing processes, including preparation of VAT and other tax returns and financial statements. My tasks included payroll administration as well.
