Full responsibility for all areas in the factory (9 Mrd HUF turnover, 150 people, mass production of welding electrodes)Development and realization of the yearly budget in line with the corporate requirements- Helped the team to develop the factory’s own vision and strategy within the framework given by the corporate, and to deploy this vision to all levels of the organization- With using the idea of gamification I developed a game based on machine run rates for the shopfloor colleagues to ensure 100% involvement in machine utilization/ productivity increase activities, machine utilization increased by 17%- Managed the renewal of the management at the retirement of the key people in production and quality by selecting young talents and developing them to the defined roles with the help of detailed improvement plans- Used successfully individual and team coaching tools to intervene in critical situations and to support the development of the team and organization- Introduced an integrated management system of ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO18001 and ISO50001, which truly become part of everyday practice- Developed the energy monitoring, management and investment plan for the factory with the usage of 10 GW electricity and 300 000m3 gas- Led the most successful factory implementation of the new European ERP system M3 within the ESAB factories with the help of close cooperation with the international project team, and continuous support to my team to handle enormous workload and high pressure

- Increased the factory’s available capacity by 30% with the relocation of the finished goods warehouse and the implementation of new equipment in the former warehouse area- Organized the production transfer after the closure of one of the group’s plant's to fill up the new production capacity- Led my leadership team through learning and implementation of the LEAN based daily management philosophy and processes (Leadership Standard Work, visual management of key performance indicators in all areas with special focus on safety, quality, and delivery and cost improvement)

Maintain and realized the supply strategy and negotiated the group purchases for raw material in total 24 million USD/ year- Ensured continuous supply of titanium ore for the group during the 40% market crash of the material in 2012- Implemented consignment stock warehousing system for 60 % of raw materials to support the group’s stock reduction strategy- Identified, validated and introduced new suppliers for critical single source raw materials
