I help overburdened production organizations to create a balanced work environment in which they can operate efficiently and grow freely. I take part in the solution of a given problem as a consultant, I help to carry out the practical implementation, if necessary also in an interim form, and to develop the person and the team - the goal is to ensure that what we have developed stands on its feet and the operation does not return to its previous state.Haste, firefighting and constant readiness are replaced during our cooperation by order, automatic processes and freedom: the organization finally has time to look into the future.
