M6 is a new metro line in Bucharest designed to connect the North Railway Station and Henri Coandă International Airport (OTP), partially funded by the EU and JICA (Japan International Cooperation Agency);I elaborated the General Strategy & Budget for PR and Project Communications. I Coordinate PR, communication and public information actions and campaigns, being also responsible for the unique branded layout of all M6 official materials, including page formats in written documentations, flyers, posters, on-screen presentations, press releases, web layouts, images, business cards, branded work wear, information panels.I coordinated market research activities and generated input for Demand Forecast: real estate assessment, social investigations, customer surveys, questionnaires, focus group interviews, traffic counts. I contribute as per conceiving and writing specific sections in the project’s official documentation (Feasibility Study, Revised FS, Demand Forecast, Application for EU Funds, Tender Documents, Periodic Reports). I produce press kits and monitor media for coverage about the Project. Provide analysis on positive and negative impacts.I negotiate contracts and oversee collaboration with suppliers of informational products, promotional services, market research agencies, advertising firms and media.
