Recently relocated to Baltimore from Michigan. Spent 14 years working for international engineering & construction company, primarily in marketing, international project support and operations / administration. In 2006, after 12 years with the Automotive Market Team in Detroit, accepted an assignment as Marketing & PR Coordinator working out of Baton Rouge, Louisiana with our Katrina Program Management Office. After working in the post-Katrina environment (which seemed like a war zone), accepted an assignment with our Middle East Construction Program in Iraq...a real war zone. Upon return to the States, took the opportunity to return to Wayne State University to finish my degree after a 20-year hiatus. Also worked part-time for my former mentor from my corporate years who owned a small commercial property management company. Additionally, was fortunate to work with several non-profit organizations enhancing their marketing plans. Career interests are operations, project management, brand awareness, corporate citizenship and international/emerging markets. Now with degree in hand, my next journey brings me to Baltimore to be closer to my daughter and her family.
