Te mana, te ihi, te wehi e.Te tari o te ora Tauwhitu tēnā koe.Ngaitamawera taku mana, taku ihi.Ko Ngāti Awa he pou whenua, he pou tangataHe uri ahau o Ngāti Awa, Ngāti Tūwharetoa, me Ngāti Porou hoki.I am passionate about empowering our rangatahi, supporting indigenous people and ensuring that rangatahi voices are heard at the top of decision making as future decisions impact our rangatahi of today.My passions and motivation for what I do are cultivated from being a Rangatahi today and my life experiences of growing up in a predominant pakeha worldview, experiencing the loss of my mama, kuia and koroua early, having a large blended whanau and completing a Bachelor of Humanities majoring in Indigenous and business studies.I currently work as a project manager for Te Rūnanga O Ngāti Awa on various projects we have going, chair the Mataatua Movement rangatahi advisory komiti for Te Puna Ora O Mataatua, participate in the Whakatane Future Leaders youth group and have started my masters in Indigenous Studies.
