CurrentStrategic Security Leadership:Spearhead the establishment of comprehensive security measures for Asia, collaborating with head office and third-party vendors to ensure a secure information technology platform.Holistic Security Oversight:Manage the end-to-end security function for Asia, including the implementation of security policies, processes, and technical standards in information systems. Orchestrate security training and user awareness programs across Asia.Audit Excellence and Regulatory Compliance:Successfully support internal and external security audits, including regulatory audits. Lead remediation efforts for audit points, ensuring strict compliance with regulatory guidelines and advisories.Proactive Risk Monitoring and Access Control:Monitor user and network activity, review and implement key security projects. Approve access rights based on the principle of least privileges and on need-to-have access.Data Governance and Classification:Ensure adherence to UBP Data Classification policy, leading periodic access reviews to maintain data integrity and security.Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Expertise:Establish Business Continuity Planning (BCP) and meticulously manage continuity requirements in the Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP). Organize and execute Business Continuity Management (BCM) and DRP tests, demonstrating a commitment to seamless operations during unforeseen incidents.
