I have a Master of Engineering degree in Manufacturing Technology and over 28 years of experience in mechanical engineering and technical education.My core competencies include project planning, curriculum innovation, and team building. I am passionate about developing and implementing industry-relevant and learner-centric curriculum and projects that enhance the skills and employability of the students. I also mentor and support aspiring entrepreneurs and innovators through Startup India and Startup MP. I have received multiple awards and honors for my excellence and contribution in the field of technical education, such as the ISTE Best Polytechnic Teacher Award in 2006. My mission is to inspire, empower, and educate the next generation of engineers and technicians.
