- I planned and conducted a population level survey on the prevalence of sexual harassment in Finland, analyzed the findings using both both quantitative and qualitative analysis methods and prepared materials for the advocacy campaign based on the results. - Conducted a desk review on UN resources and initiative on tackling sexual harassment in the UN-system and conceptualized them into the Finnish concept, resulting in a Safe at work toolkit for Finnish employers and managers on how to prevent and eliminate sexual harassment in the world of work.
